We feel it is important to continue with our monthly community council meetings and will be trialling the next meeting via video call, on Wednesday 8th April 7.30pm - 9pm.
Dial-in details will shortly be issued to all community councillors however we would like as many residents as possible to join us, where we will cover the usual agenda plus the current level of support for the village in these challenging times.
Anyone who would like to dial in, please email [email protected] and a link will be provided.
In the meantime we would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the support set up as per previous updates and if anyone is concerned, needs assistance or would simply like the opportunity to speak to someone on the phone, please email in confidence [email protected]
Croftamie Community Council
We hope you are safe and well, and coping with the currently restrictions in place.
You may already have heard, or read on the community social media sites, that we have joined forces with Drymen community (thanks to Louise McFarlane and team) to ensure that everyone in Crotamie has sufficient food supplies as well as someone to connect with if they would like to hear a friendly voice.
We are currently collecting the details of everyone who can volunteer to either deliver supplies, collect prescriptions or indeed be that friendly voice at the end of the phone for someone. If you would like to volunteer for either, please send your details to [email protected]
If you are a resident who would like a delivery, as per the attached leaflet, you can place an order with Spar, the butcher or the Village Shop, in Drymen and your order will be delivered to you. Please note the additional instructions detailed in the leaflet.
If you would simply like someone to chat to, please let us know by sending your name and telephone number to [email protected]
We are aware that there may be people who are not online and therefore if you are aware of anyone in the village who may need support, please let us know.
We will continue with the support as long as it is required. Updates or additional relevant information will be posted to this site as well as to the Croftamie Community Facebook page and twitter.
