This will take place in Kilmaronock Church on Thursday 30th September at 7pm, Covid rules permitting. The meeting will also be streamed live via Zoom to allow people to attend who may not be able to come along in person.

All the current members of the Trust have been provided with the necessary calling papers, agenda, reports etc. in order to transact the formal business of the meeting. On completion of the business section, Willie Roxburgh, KOKT’s Chair will provide an update on the progress of the project to date.

If you are planning to join the AGM, via Zoom, then please call/text 07768 895 836 or email to [email protected] to obtain the Zoom log in codes for the meeting.

For those of you who are planning to come along in person, you will be asked to observe the following Covid -19 protocols to help keep yourself and others safe.

Sanitise your hands as you enter the church.

Ensure that your name and contact details are recorded for Protect and Trace purposes.

Keep to the 1 metre distance apart from people not in your household.

Please bring a face covering in case this is needed.

Please also remember that there are no toilet facilities within the building at the moment, but the outdoor gravediggers’ toilet may be used if necessary.

As it will probably becoming dark towards the end of the meeting, please bring a torch to assist in lighting your route from the building along the path to the car park. In time, and provided that the necessary planning permission has been granted, we will be installing discreet external lighting along the path which will facilitate the use of the church in the evenings.

Trustees regret that on this occasion we are unable to provide teas or coffees due to Covid concerns.

How good it is to be able to invite the community to meet in the church after all this time. I hope very much that as many of you as possible are able to come along or join virtually. You will be most welcome.
